A Swiss “doctor’s chronograph” with pulsation scale, circa 1912.
The case of this watch is 18 carat gold with gold dome and pusher for chronograph at “12”. White signed enamel dial with black Roman- and red Arabic numerals, auxiliary seconds, 30 min. counter, red pulsation scale, gold spade hands and centre chronograph hand. 3/4 plate movement, rhodium-plated, “fausses côtes” decoration, very finely ground chronograph steel parts, ratchet wheel, antimagnetic monometallic screw balance, Glucydur lever
