A very fine and rare Swiss pocket Chronometer with spring detent escapement in an 18 Carat gold case, circa 1860. The case was made by Jules Perot and with hallmark registered 18 august 1843.
Enamel dial with Arabic numerals, auxiliary seconds, outer minute track with Arabic five minutes numerals, and gold spade hands. Frosted, gilt bridge movement with wolf teeth winding wheels, gold screw compensation balance, and spring detent escapement.
