A fine and slim, 18 carat yellow gold, keyless dress watch, made by Patek Philippe & Co., Genève, for Tiffany & Co., New York Circa 1915. Three body and a polished case with a hinged back and bezel and the back with a monogram.
Gilt dial with champlevé Breguet numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds and blued steel spade hands. Rhodium-plated movement with Geneva Striping decoration, 18 jewels, 8 adjustments, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring and an index regulator.
