Swiss gold, enamel and diamond heart-shaped pendant watch Circa 1850

A very fine and rare Swiss, 18K gold, diamond and blue enamel heart-shaped pendant watch, circa 1850. Accompanied by a fitted case and winding key. The bezels and band are engraved, and the front and back covers are set with blue guilloche enamel with a central diamond-set floral motif. Hinged gold cuvette. White enamel dial with radial Roman numerals, outer minute indexes, and Blued steel Breguet hand. A heart-shaped, frosted gilt movement, bar calibre, eight jewels, cylinder escapement, plain three-arm flat-rim balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Case and cuvette numbered.
