A gentleman’s very fine, rare Geneva minute repeating pocket watch with box and Patek Philippe extract from the archives, circa 1915.
18k gold case, polished, engraved monogram, à goutte, numbered and signed gold dome with presentation engraving: “CA Russell Toledo, Ohio, May 27-1916”, slide for repeating mechanism. Enamel dial, Arabic numerals, auxiliary seconds, gold Louis XVI hands. Bridge movement, rhodium plated, “fausses côtes” decoration, 8 adj., 31 jewels, 2 hammers, 2 gongs, wolfteeth winding wheels, gold screw compensation balance, counterpoised lever.
