A important, heavy German 18 carat pink gold hunting cased pocket watch with carrousel, circa 1905. Gilt, frosted 2/3 plate movement, 52½ minute carrousel regulator, gold screwed compensation balance, blued balance spring, balance cock lavishly engraved with entwined leaves, index spring fine adjusting device, gold lever and escape wheel, set diamond endstone on balance. Gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals, auxiliary seconds and gold louis XV hands. Plain Lucia à goute case. Dial and movement signed and numbered.
