A Swiss 18-carat gold and enamel dress watch in special three colour design with matching chatelaine, circa 1925. Nickel-silver bridge movement with Geneva striping, wolf’s toothing, moustache lever. Original silvered dial with applied gold Breguet numerals and gold Breguet hands. Very rare Art Deco case, rim decorated in yellow, white and pink gold in between blue enamelled segments, enamelled pendant and bow. Comes with a corresponding 14-carat gold chatelaine with lavish relief engraving and dark blue stone inlay matching the blue enamelled case. Movement signed, dial signed Patek, Philippe & Co Genève and Theo Brinkmann-Naples.
