A Swiss well preserved 18 carat rose gold hunting cased quarter repeating pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1873. Sold on March 8th, 1875. Comes with an extract from the archives. Guilloché case with fine coin edges. White enamel dial with radial Roman hours, an outer minute track, Arabic five minute numerals, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and blued steel spade hands. Extremely fine gilt precision lever movement with wolf teeth and repetition of the hours and quarter hours. Case and movement with matching numbers.
