A high-quality and very early Swiss Dead-Second chronograph with independent jumping second and stop pusher, circa 1860. Signed and numbered 18K gold à-goutte case. Early lever movement, gold wheels, tandem winding, very fine quality, independent chronograph with jumping seconds, chronograph pusher to the left of the crown, and pusher for time setting to the right of the crown. Well preserved enamel dial with Roman radial hours, outer minutes/seconds track with red Arabic five minutes/seconds numerals, subsidiary dial for the seconds, and gold hands.
