A very fine repeating pocket watch, fine quality by Ami Sandoz & Fils Le Locle Swiss, circa 1840. An 18 carat gold, “à goutte”, reeded mid section, high quality case, case maker’s punch F.L.B, engraved and signed dome, fine lever movement with extravagant lever, so called “detached lever”, repeating hours and quarters, enamel dial with subsidiary seconds and Roman numerals, fine Breguet hands, in very beautiful condition, in working order, high quality pocket watch.
