A thin Swiss 18 carat yellow gold open faced keyless Art Deco dress watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1905. The case with a hinged case back and a cuvette engraved with four different dates in French, August 19, 1904 – October 23, 1905 – October 23, 1906 – July 2, 1908. Gold guilloché dial with radial black Arabic hour numerals, outer minute divisions, a subsidiary dial for the seconds at  o’clock and double spade hands. The rhodium plated movement with a going barrel, train of gold wheels, straight line lever escapement, compensated balance with gold poising screws and blued steel hairspring with terminal curve dial. Case and movement signed.
