A French 18K gold and rose-cut diamond-set lady’s keyless pendant watch, circa 1880. A polished Louis XV-style case, box hinge, domed back with applied rose-cut diamond-set monogram, trefoil bow and hinged gold cuvette. White enamel dial with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, large Arabic five-minute numerals and gold Louis XV hands. A matte gilt movement, bar calibre, eight jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, cylinder escapement, three-arm flat-rim balance, and an index regulator. Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed.
