Fine pink gold and silver open faced quarter repeating watch, circa 1825. Gilt-finished cylinder movement, three-arm plain balance with parachute on the top pivot, quarter repeating two gongs, pink gold cuvette, silver engine-turned dial, satin-finished chapter rings, outer track for minutes with dot indexes and inner for hours with Roman numerals, pink gold Breguet hands, 18k pink gold case, back decorated with guilloché, pull-twist push-piece to the band to activating repeating mechanism, dial and cuvette signed, cuvette and case numbered, with Breguet key and chain.

According to the record books of Breguet No 4095 was sold to  Monsieur Wenham,  on 9th June 1825 for the price of 2400 Francs.  Wenham was the authorized Breguet dealer in St. Petersburg at this time.
