Open faced gold/enamel pocket watch possibly by Patek Philippe

A Swiss very fine and small chronograph Rattrapante with possibly Patek Philippe caliber, circa 1904.
18 carat gold case with fine enamel on back, horse scene and dome with ladies portrait. Very fine caliber with lever escapement, fine adjusting device, chronograph and main plate inscribed “Swiss”. White enamel dial with red minutes, sunk subsidiary dial for the constant seconds, blued steel chronograph hands and pink gold Louis XV hands. The case and movement numbers are matching with the numeral system by Patek Philippe 1904.
