–
An impressive and elegant Swiss open faced pocket watch with chronograph and 30 minutes counter, circa 1915. High-quality movement with Geneva striping. Retailed by F. Michaelsen Rome.
This beautiful pocket watch is in remarkable condition; the chronograph is operated by pressing the button at the crown. A slider in the band serves as a kind of safety device to prevent the chronograph from being activated accidentally. The technical details and the incredibly elegant design of this movement explain the lasting fascination with the Patek Philippe brand through the decades.
An 18 carat gold case, smooth with monogram.
White enamel dial with blue spade hands, Arabic numerals, auxiliary seconds, sunk 30 minutes counter. It has a bridge movement and a large gold screw compensation balance. Dial and cuvette signed by retailer and maker
