A fine, 14 carat pink gold, hunting cased, keyless, minute repeating pocket watch with chronograph and accompanied by an associated 14 carat pink gold chain. Made by Audemars Frères, Genève, Circa 1905.
Four body, bassine and polished case with engine-turned covers, button at 2 o’clock for the start/stop and return-to-zero of the chronograph and hinged gold cuvette engraved with prize medals and glazed gold rimmed cover over the movement.
White enamel dial with Arabic numerals, outer minute track, outermost fifths of a second division, subsidiary seconds and gilt Louis XV hands. Frosted gilt movement with 25 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a push-button on the band and a centrifugal governor.
Dial, case and cuvette signed.
