The early cylinder movement with crown winding and wolf’s toothing, probably a Patek Philippe caliber. Screwed white enamel dial with Roman hour numerals, an outer minute track and steel spade hands. The case is enamelled on both sides and set with rose cut diamonds, punched with maker’s mark J.M B.C., and the cuvette is signed Cooke & Kelvey Calcutta.
