18-Carat gold, heart-shaped case, engine-turned and translucent cobalt blue enamelled gold foliage decoration studded with diamonds, diamond set aperture for visible dial and a heart-shaped gold dome. Enamel dial with radial Roman numerals and blued spade hands. Heart-shaped special formed bridge movement, keywind, frosted and gilt, cylinder escapement and three-arm brass balance.
