18 Carat gold, heart-shaped case, opaque black enamelled, gold foliage decoration studded with diamonds on the front side, and heart-shaped gold dome. Enamel dial with radial Roman numerals and blued Breguet hands. Heart-shaped bridge movement, key-wind, frosted, gilt, cylinder escapement and three-arm brass balance.
