A very rare Swiss 18 carat yellow gold and enamel keyless pocket watch with an enamel dial depicting Achilles, circa 1922. A reeded band, bezel, back rim and bow decorated with white and black enamel. Bicolour black and white enamel dial with the image of Achilles in the canter, painted Arabic numerals, outer minute track, blued steel beetle and poker hands. Rhodium plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, six adjustments, blued steel Breguet balance spring. The case and movement are signed.
