The case is in overall very good condition, showing surface wear and scuffs typical for its age. The onyx case remains intact. The platinum bezel exhibits surface wear and light scratches. The cabochon emeralds are intact, though some have cracks, chips, and wear. There is a light patina on the platinum areas. The dial shows surface wear and spots throughout, with light dust present and subtle pitting at the centre arbour. The movement displays some visible patina and is running.
