An attractive Swiss platinum open faced minute repeating keyless pocket watch with split seconds chronograph and register made by Audemars Piguet, Swiss, circa 1925. A solid, polished and plain case. Silvered dial with Breguet hour numerals, an outer minute track, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock, a 30 minute register at 12 and blued steel kite/diamond hands. A rhodium plated movement with Geneva striping decoration, 31 jewels, straight line lever escapement, adjusted cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring and swan neck micrometre regulator, repeating on two coiled steel gongs activated by a slide on the band. Dial signed Tiffany & Co, case numbered and movement signed by the watchmaker.
