A very fine and elegant, 18 Carat pink gold keyless dress watch, accompanied by the original fitted box and made by Patek Philippe & Cie. Genève, Switzerland, Circa 1940. Two piece, ‘bassine pincée’ and polished and brushed case its back with engraved inscription.
Brushed pink dial with applied gold Roman numerals, outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds and pink gold bâton hands. Movement stamped twice with the Seal of Geneva Quality mark, rhodium-plated, Geneva striping decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, flat balance spring and an index regulator.
Dial, case and movement signed.
