A heavy Swiss hunting cased quarter repeating pocket watch with full calendar and moon phase, circa 1895.
18 carat rose gold polished case with engraved gold dome, pusher for repetition at “7”, fast setting of the calendar via sliding of levers and glazed movement. Enamel dial with radial Roman hours, auxiliary seconds, moon phase, three subsidiary dials for indications of the weekday, month and date and Louis XVI hands. Bridge movement, frosted, gilt, With 2 hammers, 2 gongs, ratchet wheel and screw compensation balance.
