This Patek Philippe chronometer belongs to a small series that Patek Philippe delivered to Gondolo in Rio de Janeiro. These watches have this special silver and pink gold case and also a special anker chronometer movement, which is not matching the usual Gondolo version. Another watch from this special delivery was auctioned in Geneva and all these watches have 153.000 movement numbers. It seems that only about ten chronometers from this special series are known today.
