Silver pocket watch with open face

A fine Swiss silver open faced anker chronometer deck watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1920. Comes with its original presentation box and a copy of the Bulletin de Marche of the Geneva Observatory. The Quality Extra bridge movement is stamped with the Geneva quality hallmark, and is fitted with a lever escapement and gold screw Guillaume balance. It has a white enamel dial with Arabic hour numerals, an outer minute track, a subsidiary dial for the seconds at 6 o’clock and blued Breguet hands. The case is engine turned and has plain bezels, pendant and bow. Dial signed, movement signed and numbered, and the case is punched with maker’s mark PM.
