Silver deck watch with Guillaume balance

A Swiss silver open faced keyless deck watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1920. The jewelled nickel Quality Extra bridge movement is stamped with the Geneva Seal and fitted with a lever escapement, gold screw Guillaume compensation balance, wolf tooth winding and precision regulation. The silvered dial features Arabic hour numerals, an outer minute track, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and blued steel spade hands. A plain polished case with a silver cuvette. Case, dial and movement signed.
