A fine and rare Swiss yellow gold open-faced split second minute repeating chronograph watch with register made in 1912, retailed by S. Nordlinger & Sons, Los Angeles, nickel lever movement, 39 jewels, bimetallic balance, two polished hammers repeating on two gongs.
White enamel dial, Arabic numerals, subsidiary dials for 30-minute register and constant seconds, outer minute track with 1/5th seconds division, yellow gold Louis XV and  fleur de lyshands, 18k yellow gold bassine case, coaxial chronograph button to the crown, split second pusher at 10, chronograph lock at 11, slide to activate the minute repeater at 9 o’clock, case, dial and movement signed, movement and cuvette signed S. Nordlinger & Sons, Los Angeles, CA.
