A very fine and extremely rare large 18 carat  gold two train Grande and Petite sonnerie clock watch. Made by Cortello & Fils Genève Circa 1850.
Four-body case with scroll and flower chased bezels pendant and bow engine-turned back coin edge band with selection lever for grande or petite sonnerie and another for silence. Hinged gold engine-turned and foliate engraved cuvette with champlevé enamel inscription of the technical details.
White enamel dial with radial Roman numerals outer minute track and gold Breguet hands.
Matte gilt movement with 10 jewels two train standing barrel for the going train cylinder escapement plain three arm balance flat balance spring index regulator and striking on two square section polished steel gongs.
Cuvette signed.
