A Swiss 18 carat yellow gold hunting cased keyless pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1904. The manual wind jewelled nickel lever movement with a cut bimetallic compensation balance and precision regulator. White enamel dial with Roman hour numerals, an outer minute track, sunk subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and spade hands. The engine turned case with plain bezels, pendant and bow, and an 18 carat gold cuvette. Case, dial, movement and cuvette signed.
