A very fine and unusual Swiss, elegant, keyless, platinum and 18K yellow gold dress watch, circa 1930. Made for Tiffany & Co. The bow, front and back bezel is engraved with floral motifs, and the case back is engraved in gold with a monogram. Brushed silver dial with applied gold Arabic numerals and subsidiary seconds. Gold Breguet hands. A rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement with antenna compensation, cut bimetallic balance, adjusted to heat and cold, isochronism and five positions, Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial and case signed Tiffany & Co., the movement signed Patek Philippe.
