A fine Swiss 18 carat gold hunting cased keyless chronograph pocket watch with 30 minute register made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1904. The movement with a lever escapement. White enamel dial with black Arabic hours, an outer minute track with concentric fifths of a second divisions, outermost red Arabic five minute numerals, sunk subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock, a 30 minute register at 12, a blued chronograph hand and gold spade & whip hands. A plain case. Dial signed, case and movement signed and numbered.
