A fine Swiss 18 carat gold open faced manual wind pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1915. Retailed by Antonio Passoni in Venice, Italy. The movement with a lever escapement. Mother of pearl dial with applied gold Breguet numerals, outer minute dots, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and original, gold Breguet hands. A plain case. Dial signed by the watchmaker and retailer, case and movement signed and numbered.
