An English 18 carat gold half hunting cased keyless pocket watch made by the Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Company Ltd in London, London Hallmarked for 1909.
The gilt ¾ plate movement with an English lever escapement, and cut and compensated bimetallic balance. White enamel dial with Roman hour numerals, an outer minute track, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and blued steel double spade hands. The polished hinged case with a blue Roman numeral chapter on the front, and a crest and personal inscription on the back and cuvette, stamped A.R.T. Movement signed and numbered, case and movement with matching numbers.
