Gold hunting cased repeating lever with grande and petite sonnerie

An impressive, large and rare English 18 carat gold hunting cased two train minute repeating keyless lever grande and petite sonnerie clock watch, circa 1909. Gilt finished fully jewelled two train lever movement wound by turning the crown to either side, bimetallic compensation balance, diamond endstone, freesprung regulator, repeating, en passant hour and quarter striking with two steel hammers onto two steel gongs. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, blued steel spade hands, outer railway minute divisions and subsidiary seconds. Gold cuvette. Plain case, strike/silent and quarters/full strike levers underneath the bezel, repeating slide in the band. Case stamped F.T London for Fred Thoms and London date letter for 1909, cuvette stamped F.T. London, movement signed and numbered.
