A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced manual wind pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1930. Retailed by Tiffany & Co in New York, U.S.A. A smooth case. Original gold Breguet dial. Prime quality, flat precision movement punched with the Geneva quality seal, decorated with Geneva striping, fitted with a lever escapement, 18 jewels, a fine adjusting device, adjusted for heat, cold, isochronism and five positions. Dial signed by the watchmaker and retailer, case numbered, movement signed and numbered.
