A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced minute repeating keyless pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1905. The precision movement with a lever escapement and fine adjusting device, repeating the hours, quarter hours and minutes. White enamel dial with black Arabic hours, an outer minute track, outermost red Arabic five minute numerals, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and fine gold hands. A smooth case.
