Extremely rare pocket watch with Chinese duplex escapement, jumping second and two time zones, Fleurier circa 1860.
Elaborately engraved silver hunting case, case cover with depiction of a general, back side engraved with cannons.

Dome inscribed: “Duplex Seconds”, very rare, lavishly decorated gilt Fleurier duplex escapement with two squares for first and second time zones, very well-kept condition.
Original enamel dial, inscribed “duplex”, signature James Beesle , jumping central seconds, very beautifully preserved.
