A Swiss 18 carat gold, enamel and diamond set hunting cased pocket watch with two interchangeable dials made for the Ottoman market, circa 1850. Cylinder movement with eight jewels. Florally engraved gold dial with Ottoman numerals and filigree steel hands. Case with blue engine turned enamel, set with rose cut diamonds and spring lid mechanism to both sides, pendant with the split opening button. Dome signed Charlet a Genève. Comes with an additional enamel dial. Case numbered. Accompanied by presumably the original gold key (heavily damaged) and original box.
