A French 18 carat rose gold open faced Lépine quarter repeating cylinder pocket watch, circa 1820. Fine movement repeating the hours and quarter hours, cylinder escapement. Engine turned silver dial with Roman hours and outer minute divisions, steel Breguet hands. Engine-turned case, maker’s mark CF. Comes presumably in original German retail box. Case numbered, cuvette numbered and signed Kinable à Paris.
