A rare Swiss silver and enamel hunting cased cylinder pocket watch made for the Chinese market, circa 1860. Cylinder movement, key winding. White enamel dial with Roman hours and Arabic five minutes, subsidiary seconds, extravagant blued steel hands. The case back with blue engine-turned enamel, translucent blue enamel over engine-turning and portrait of a lady on the front. Dial and movement signed, case numbered.
