A heavy French 18-carat rose gold open faced quarter repeating cylinder pocket watch, circa 1810. Very fine full plate movement, cylinder escapement, repeating the hours and quarter hours on a bell. White enamel dial with Arabic hours and outer minute divisions, good solid rose gold hands. Engraved case, the rim with small sound openings, floral tendrils, bell. Dial, cuvette and movement signed.
