One of the first Patek Phillipe 18 carat gold hunting cased ankerchronometer pocket watches with crown winding, circa 1860. Very early ankerchronometer movement with crown winding, especially large chronometer balance, wolf’s toothing, moustache lever. Case engine-turned. White enamel dial with Roman hours, outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds, and high-quality gold hands. Cuvette signed and numbered the case and movement with matching numbers.
