A fine French 18 carat gold open faced keyless lever pocket watch, circa 1920. Matte gilt movement, 15 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Gold hinged cuvette with engraved presentation inscription. Matte gilt dial with Paris numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds dial and original blued steel spade hands. Polished case. Dial, case and movement signed.
