Gold half hunter by Patek Philippe

A fine Swiss 18 carat gold half hunting cased cylinder pendant watch made for Hyde & Goodrich, New Orleans, circa 1860. Matte gilt movement, bar calibre, cylinder escapement, three-arm flat-rim balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Gold hinged cuvette with engine-turned border. White enamel dial with narrow Roman numerals, outer minute track and original blued steel spade hands. Case entirely foliate engraved, the front with glazed aperture, radial blue enamel Roman numerals, the back with small central engraved inscription G.P. Fowler from her Husband, Dec 25, 1861. Cuvette signed.
