A fine and rare French 18 carat rose gold open faced keywound cylinder watch with sectorial equation of time, circa 1820.Full plate gilt finished jewelled cylinder movement, chain fusée, plain three armed balance, pierced and engraved balance cock. White enamel dial with blued steel Breguet hands, equation of time, eccentric dial at six o’clock and two subsidiary dials for date and month. Polished case. Case numbered, movement and dial signed.
