A Swiss 18 carat rose gold open faced repeating Jacquemart key wound pocket watch, circa 1860. Full plate jewelled movement, pierced and engraved cock and balance, silvered regulator plated, repeating on two gongs activated by a push button in the crown. Gilt cuvette. White enamel dial, central time zone with Breguet numerals, outer polychrome enamel gentleman and lady each on a green, brown and red enamel landscape motif striking the hours and quarters, enhanced by a gilt and polychrome enamel basket motif with two doves. Hinged engine turned case, coin edged band.
