Gold open faced complicated lever watch

A fine and rare Swiss 18 carat gold open faced minute repeating perpetual calendar keyless pocket watch with moon phases made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1915. The lever movement with 31 jewels and wolf’s tooth winding, minute repeating on two gongs activated by a slide in the band. White enamel dial with Roman hours, an outer minute track outermost Arabic five minute numerals, four subsidiary dials indicating day and date in English, months combined with seconds, phases of the moon combined with a lunar calendar and blued spade hands. A polished heavy case. Case, dial, movement and cuvette signed.
