Gold open faced lever pocket watch

A very fine and rare Swiss, keyless, platinum dress watch, circa 1925. Sold on January 9th, 1928. Accompanied by an Extract from the Archives. A solid, polished case, winding crown set with a cabochon ruby. Matte silver dial with applied Arabic numerals and baton indexes, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds dial. White gold feuille hands. A rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, micrometre regulator. Dial, case and movement signed.
