An 18 K gold, very beautiful gold case, cambered rim, floral ornaments, enamel painting on back, two young ladies with traditional alpine outfits, mountains in the background, dome signed and numbered, Patek & Co., bar movement with cylinder escapement, enamel dial in very beautiful condition, blued Breguet steel hands, movement intact, very beautiful condition, with old watchbox by jeweller Stark Dresden.
